2. Use of Product Optimover’s electric jockey wheel is designed for use on RVs and boats within the weight and terrain specifications detailed in the product manual. Improper use voids any warranty and may result in personal injury or damage.
3. Warranty We offer a 3-year limited parts warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Water or weather damage

Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. The customer is responsible for return shipping if unable to fit new part with Optimover’s instruction.

4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimover LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of the product.
5. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a re-stocking fee may apply. 
6. Compliance Users are responsible for complying with local, state, and federal regulations regarding trailer and towing safety.
